Photography for me does not only mean seeing with my eyes and through the lens, but also with my heart. Photography for me is a powerful instrument for fostering curiosity, creativity, concentration, openness towards the new and unknown, and patience. It helps overcome fear, prejudice, frustration. Photography for me – especially when in nature – means ease of mind and balance. Expanding my own boundaries.

I started to develop my love for photography in 2011 during my first trip to Iceland. With a simple Canon EOS 450D, a cheap tripod and inexhaustible curiosity. My equipment has been growing; my curiosity is still the same.
